Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 18, 2024

1. Services

Phase provides web design, UX/UI design, branding, SEO, and content marketing services. All work will be outlined in a project agreement or proposal before starting.

2. Payment

• Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement

• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated

• Late payments may result in work suspension

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner

• Ensure you have rights to all content you provide

• Pay invoices on time

4. Intellectual Property

• You own all final deliverables after full payment

• We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio

• Any third-party licenses remain with their respective owners

5. Revisions

• Revision rounds will be specified in the project agreement

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges

6. Cancellation

Either party may cancel with written notice. You'll be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We're not responsible for indirect damages or lost profits.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private during and after the project.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
