Sailboats moored at a marina under a pink and blue dusk sky

Website design for marinas & resorts

Sites that book out the season.

Fast, photo-led sites built around what a boater or a guest actually needs: what's available, what it costs, and a way to book without a phone call.

  • Live availability, always current
  • Booking one tap away
  • Payment plans available

What a marina or resort site is for

Six jobs your website has to do.

Most of the season gets decided in a handful of weeks. Every page is built so someone can see what's open, trust the place and book, without picking up the phone.

01

Show what's available, live

Slips, rooms and rentals updated as they book, so nobody calls about something that's already gone.

02

Show off the property

Real photography of the docks, the water and the rooms — never a stock photo of someone else's marina.

03

Keep rates and hours current

Update seasonal rates, opening dates and closures yourself, in a minute, from your phone.

04

Get found for “near me” searches

Local pages and the structured data search engines use to understand a marina or resort and where it is.

05

Turn browsing into a booking

One clear path from “that looks good” to a booked slip or room, on every page, not just the homepage.

06

Handle the whole season

From the first spring inquiry to a fully booked long weekend, without you rebuilding anything.

  • Phone-first design
  • Booking one tap from every page
  • Real photography, not stock
  • No popups in the way

01 · AVAILABILITY

What's open, always current.

The question every boater or guest has first: is there space for me? We build the site so availability is the first thing anyone sees, and quick for you to update from the dock or the desk.

  • Slip, room and rental availability up front
  • Update it yourself in a few taps
  • A simple request form for anything you don't list live

02 · BOOKING & RATES

Book a stay in two taps.

Whether you use a booking platform already or nothing at all yet, we build the flow around what you have — or a simple request form that lands straight in your inbox with the details you need.

  • Usually connects to the booking tool you already use
  • A simple request form if you don't have one yet
  • Dates, length of stay and party size, in two taps

03 · HOURS & SEASON

Rates and hours, always in season.

An early opening or a storm closure shouldn't need a developer. Update hours, rates and seasonal notices yourself, and they show up everywhere they need to — site, search, and your Google listing.

  • Seasonal hours and closures you can change in a minute
  • A page for events, charters or off-season offers
  • Specials that show up in local search too

Local search

Be the slip people find first.

When someone searches “marina near me” on their phone, you want to be in that short list. We build the pieces search engines look for:

  • A local page for each town or lake you serve
  • Business structured data: hours, rates, amenities, location
  • A tidy Google Business Profile and consistent listings, guided by us
  • Fast, mobile-friendly pages, built for someone deciding from the water

Marina & resort website questions.

How much does it cost?

Most marinas and resorts fit our Basic ($1,500) or Startup ($3,000) package. Startup includes local search pages. Payment plans are available, so setup fees can be split into monthly payments.

Can I update slip or room availability myself?

Yes — that's the whole point. Availability, rates and seasonal closures are quick to change yourself, from your phone, so the site never shows a slip or a room that's already gone.

Can you connect our existing booking or reservation system?

Usually, yes. We can embed or link out to the booking tool you already use, or build a simple request form if you don't have one yet. We'll confirm exactly what's possible on our first call.

We're only open certain months. Can the site handle that?

Yes. Seasonal hours, opening dates and an off-season message are easy to update yourself, so the site always reflects whether you're in full swing or closed for winter.

Do you write the copy and use our own photos?

We can write the copy and design around photos you already have. If you need a photo shoot of the docks, the property or the rooms, costs depend on availability and location, and we'll tell you up front.

What's a local page, and do we need one?

A local page targets people searching in a specific town or area, like “marina near Gravenhurst.” It helps nearby boaters, and visitors planning a trip, find you instead of somewhere else.
