A busy restaurant bar at night, warm light over a full room of diners

Website design for restaurants & bars

Restaurant websites that fill the tables.

Fast, appetite-driving sites built around what a hungry customer actually needs: today’s hours, the menu, and a way to book a table without a phone call.

  • Menu and hours, always current
  • Reservations one tap away
  • Payment plans available

What a restaurant site is for

Six jobs your website has to do.

A hungry customer decides fast. Every page is built so they can see the menu, trust the room and book, without picking up the phone.

01

Fill tables with real bookings

A reservation flow that’s visible from the first screen, not buried three clicks deep in a menu.

02

Show off the food and the room

Real photography of the food and the space — never a stock photo of someone else’s restaurant.

03

Keep hours and specials current

Update hours, holiday closures and tonight’s specials yourself, in a minute, from your phone.

04

Get found for “near me” searches

Local pages and the structured data search engines use to understand a restaurant, its hours and its menu.

05

Build a following

Social links, events and private dining inquiries that go somewhere, not a contact form that disappears into a void.

06

Turn browsing into a booking

One clear path from “that looks good” to a reserved table, on every page, not just the homepage.

  • Phone-first design
  • Booking one tap from every page
  • Menus as real text, not a photo of a PDF
  • No popups in the way

01 · THE MENU

The menu, done right.

Real text, not a photo of a PDF someone has to pinch and zoom to read. Dishes, prices and dietary notes laid out clearly, so a hungry visitor can decide before they even walk in.

  • Menu as real, searchable text — not an image
  • Easy to update seasonally or nightly
  • Dietary and allergen notes, clearly marked

02 · RESERVATIONS

Book a table in two taps.

Whether you use OpenTable, Resy, or nothing at all yet, we build the booking flow around what you already have — or a simple request form that lands straight in your inbox.

  • Usually connects to the reservation tool you already use
  • A simple request form if you don’t have one yet
  • Party size, date and time, in two taps

03 · HOURS & EVENTS

Hours, specials and events, always current.

A holiday closure or a last-minute private event shouldn’t need a developer. Update hours, specials and events yourself, and they show up everywhere they need to — site, search, and your Google listing.

  • Hours and closures you can change in a minute
  • A page for events, live music and private dining
  • Specials that show up in local search too

Restaurant website questions.

How much does it cost?

Most restaurants and bars fit our Basic ($1,500) or Startup ($3,000) package. Startup includes local search pages. Payment plans are available, so setup fees can be split into monthly payments.

Can you connect our reservation system, like OpenTable or Resy?

Usually, yes. We can embed or link out to the booking tool you already use, or build a simple request form if you don’t have one yet. We’ll confirm exactly what’s possible on our first call.

Can we update the menu ourselves without calling a developer every time?

Yes. Menus, hours and specials are quick to change yourself, and we can handle updates for you if you’d rather not think about it.

Do you write the copy and take new photos?

We can write the copy and design around photos you already have. If you need a photo shoot for the food or the room, costs depend on availability and location, and we’ll tell you up front.

What’s a local page, and do we need one?

A local page targets people searching in a specific town or area, like “restaurant near Barrie.” It helps nearby diners, and visitors planning a night out, find you instead of somewhere else.

We’re seasonal, or only open certain months. Can the site handle that?

Yes. Seasonal hours and closures are easy to update yourself, so the site always reflects the season you’re actually in.
